History: The ARKANGEL was a secret starfleet vessel in the planning stages. Not much is known about it or what it can do. The ship was hijacked by CSM recently, he is more dangerous then ever now.

Notes: Larger then a Galaxy Class vessel
       More weaponry then a Sovereign Class vessel
       Uses Romulan Stealth technology
       Has an unfinished transwarp conduit in the warp drive
